Our Management-Team: Together more than 45 years experience within the automotive industrie
Both know the service business from scratch and have cooperated in many projects as an employee, project manager, area manager up to Managing Director position. They both have extensive know-how and a large network in the automotive industry.
Maurizio Carroccia and Carlos Vila have the same values and the same style of leadership, such as customer orientation, teambuilding and capacity to promote continuous improvement process.

After successfully finishing a Business Administration Degree at the University of Zaragoza, he took an MBA Master in Esade Business school in Barcelona.
During his last 14 years management experience in the automotive service provider industry, Mr. Vila was in charge of an international team of 900 employees in 6 different countries in Europe and America.

After his automotive master training he was searching for a challenge with a service provider for the automotive industry and worked in that sector more than 22 years in different fields such as; development, production-related or projects for after-sales.
Most recently he was managing director in Germany responsible for over 1,200 employees.
